Valley Forge is a subsidiary of Continental Assurance Company (CNA). Valley Forge is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.

Term Life Insurance Products
Valley Forge offers a variety of term life insurance products, including term life products. The following is a description of their products:
CNA Term Life
- This policy is available in terms of 5, 10, 15, and 20 years.
- This policy is renewable to age 95.
- You can convert your term life policy into a permanent life policy within the first ten years of the policy.
CNA Viapro II 30 Year Term
- This is a thirty year term policy.
- This policy is renewable until the age 95.
- This policy can be converted to a permanent policy until the policy holder is age 70.
- The minimum issue age is 18.
- The minimum face amount is $50,000.
All term life policies offer the following features and benefits:
- Term policies provide a death benefit if the policy holder passes on while the policy is in effect. If the policy expires before the policy holder passes on and is not renewed, the policy holder does not receive a benefit.
- There is no cash accumulation value with a term life policy.
- Term life policies are excellent products to fulfill short term life insurance needs.
- Premiums are lower with term policies that they are with permanent policies.
