• This policy is issued to ages 16-64.
• The minimum policy is $50,000.
• This policy provides term life protection for a five year period.
• The policy may be renewed for additional five year periods until the policy holder is age 85 (80 in New York).
• Premiums are subject to adjustment after five years.
• The policy may be converted to a whole life policy until the policyholder is age 75.

Select Term-10 Year

• Available for people ages 20-75 in most states.
• The policy minimum is $100,000.
• Premiums are level for ten years, then increase annually.
• This policy may be converted into a whole life policy.
• This policy is available in all states except California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin, where alternatives are available.

Select Term-20 Year

• Available for people aged 20-64.

• Premiums are level for twenty years and adjust after that.
• This policy may be converted to a whole life policy until the age 75.
