Glenbrook Life and Annuity Company has re-branded their products as Allstate products.
Allstate was founded in 1931 as a part of the Sears, Roebuck Co. In 1933 they became a publicly traded company, and in 1995, they emancipated themselves from Sears Roebuck and became a fully independent company. Allstate is headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois. They are one of the nation's largest publicly held personal insurance companies. They are a Fortune 100 company that has $156 billion in assets. They insure over 17 million households in the United States.
In addition to offering life insurance products, Allstate offers twelve other lines of insurance, including auto, property, and commercial insurances. They also offer other financial services, such as retirement and investment products and banking services.
