About the Company
Brokers National Life was founded as Iowa Life Assurance Company in 1986. In 1994 Iowa Life merged with United Arkansas Life Assurance Company to create Brokers National.
In addition to offering life insurance products, Brokers National also offers dental insurance, vision insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, cancer insurance policies, combination policies, a hospital indemnity benefit insurance policy, and a group short term disability insurance coverage.

Term Life Insurance Products
Brokers National Life Insurance offers a variety of term life insurance products that are described below:
Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance for groups of 3-9 employees
- The policy is issued between ages 18 and 75.
- Employees receive $15,000 in coverage and spouses and children receive $5,000.
- The policy is guaranteed convertible to a permanent policy.
- All employees must participate.
Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance for groups of 10 or more employees.
- This policy is issued to people ages 18 to 75.
- Employees receive coverage at $25,000 or more.
- Spouses receive 50% of the employee's coverage, up to $20,000.
- Children receive $5,000 in coverage.
- The policy is guaranteed convertible.
- At least 25%-30% of employees must participate in the program.

PRD Individual Term Life Insurance
- This is a payroll deductible policy.
- Premiums and benefits are level for ten years.
- Renewable after ten years.
- Issued to people ages 18-65.
- Coverage is available in amounts of $10,000-$50,000.
Individual Level Term Life Insurance
- Premiums and benefits are level for the life.
- There is a guaranteed renewal option to age 80.
- Comes in five, ten, or fifteen year increments.
- Minimum coverage starts at $10,000.
